I came in as a walk-in Oil Change and I received the most excellent service! I can’t say it enough. He also made sure my car looked super nice on the outside! He pays attention to detail and really cares for you and your cars needs! 5 Stars all around! Also, everyone is super friendly from Dennis to the man who checks people in....can’t remember his name right now. So friendly! I drive 45 mins south for the outstanding peace of mind service! More

I always fell like ample time is spent explaining my charges and options, as well as what to think about that my need to be done at my next routine visit. The staff is always attentive and genuinely appreciative of your business. I also like that they wash your car and give you bottled water. It's really a nice tough!!. More

I even referred to him as a "miracle worker" because it was done in an unexpectedly short amount of time! I'm on my 2nd vehicle from Courtesy Acura Littleton and everyone from sales to service has been excellent, as they go above and beyond to make sure their customer is well taken care of! Key Programming I bought a 2016 TLX with advanced package from another dealership. I needed a key programmed so I made an appointment. The first time I brought the I bought a 2016 TLX with advanced package from another dealership. I needed a key programmed so I made an appointment. The first time I brought the car in the programming could not be completed because the dealership could not communicate with Acura. I waited for 2 hours. The next time I brought the car in I waited 1 hour only to be told that they didn't have the right key to program. Finally, on the third try, the dealership came to my office and picked up the car, programmed the and returned the car to me. Matt was very courteous and apologetic but it shouldn't take three tries to complete a service appointment. More

Friendly and knowledgable service I think couretesy Acura provided quality service. I was in from out of town and they dealt with my issue promptly. I would have given them a 5 star but it was quite cumbersome to try to get a rental car in the area. It would have been more convenient had they had that service available at the dealership or been able to provide a loaner car for my warranty issue.
