Always Disappointed I have been into the service center approximately 4 times and it's always disappointing. I've continually experienced a rattle in my car that cannot s I have been into the service center approximately 4 times and it's always disappointing. I've continually experienced a rattle in my car that cannot seem to be fixed. At my last oil change the cover over my rear view mirror was hanging off, I returned it to have it fixed, which supposedly it was, and I barely made it home before it fell off again. My husband had to repair it. At this last visit yesterday I did not have an appointment for an oil change, was told it would be 2 hours, then 2.5 hours. I was called after an hour and told it was done. I returned and the car was not completed for another 30 minutes. The Jack was flat and uninterested, playing on his phone. My car still has dirt all over the back window even after being cleaned. The tables in the waiting area were all dirty with food and left over and stuck on. Honestly I've never had a good experience with this service center. I'm regretting not purchasing an Infiniti again as the Mike Ward service center was awesome. More

I waited in the Customer Lounge while my Acura was being serviced and/or repaired. Missy kept me advised on the progress with my vehicle and when the work should be completed.
