They were able to look at it right away and provided a loaner vehicle in the meantime so that I was able to continue my day. Missy Zalinger called me later in the afternoon with the diagnostic and said they could do the repair right away. She explained the problem and provided an accurate estimate of the cost along with the expected timeframe for the repair. Both the cost and time were right on target. Missy was very personable and very nice to deal with. I am looking forward to my next visit, though I hope it is just for the next oil change. More

She assured me that my repair would be covered by my warranty, which was a relief. Then she got me settled in the loaner car and explained all the features of this 2019 model RDX which definitely had more features than my 2017 model. Vanessa stayed in touch with me by phone and text during the 1 1/2 days my car was in the shop; she explained what the problem was (left rear wheel bearing needed replacement) and told me when it would be ready. When I came in to pick it up, Vanessa had the paperwork ready and returned my clean and repaired car to me along with a bottle of water and a mint. I felt grateful to be so well-cared for. I will return to Courtesy Acura for any future service needs. More
Alec Ernst was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! I had purchased a used Acura RDX from a credit union broker. After driving it for a few months and experiencing awful back pains, I found my driver's I had purchased a used Acura RDX from a credit union broker. After driving it for a few months and experiencing awful back pains, I found my driver's side seat frame was bent and sitting at an angle. The broker offered no help. I stopped by Courtesy Acura to inquire about getting a new driver's side seat. The service team suggested going to a salvage yard and finding a used seat to replace the bent framed seat. Alec Ernst pulled up seats from salvage yards, saving me thousands! I was able to acquire a seat. Alec took care of getting it delivered to the dealership, cleaning up the seat, arranging a loaner car for me to drive AND delivery of my vehicle once the job was completed. Alec was professional and communicated with me through the entire process. GONE are the days of the old dealership stigmas. Alec and the service crew at Courtesy Acura were professional and exceptionally helpful. Kudos to Courtesy Acura. I will buy my next car from them! More

High expectations low results Received a multipoint inspection report and recommend services, one of which was a "bad battery" so when my battery light came on I went and switched Received a multipoint inspection report and recommend services, one of which was a "bad battery" so when my battery light came on I went and switched it, no biggie, but a day later and all my lights go dead and the car won't start... It wasn't my battery it was my alternator! So after getting my vehicle serviced thinking it would be good for a little trip, I broke down out of town during a personal event. So not only did I waste my money on a battery, I wasted my time and money going to my favorite car dealership (besides Tesla) I'm not likely to return. More
