Fantastic Customer Service A couple years ago I was getting work done on my car for another issue. As they were wrapping up that service, I got a call saying my oil pump needed A couple years ago I was getting work done on my car for another issue. As they were wrapping up that service, I got a call saying my oil pump needed to be resealed. Well, almost two years later (oops) I finally scheduled a time to get the work done. I dropped off my car pretty early in the morning, and Alec was my Service Advisor. I was given a loaner vehicle, and later in the day Alec called to confirm the diagnosis of my car. He also told me a few other issues that he noticed, but gave me his personal recommendation on what he would do if it was his car. From the beginning Alec was friendly, customer service oriented, and overall made my experience with Courtesy Acura great. Should I need any other work done on my vehicle in the future, I know I can count on Alec to help me out. More

Vanessa doesn't return voicemail messages or emails Had my car in for service in December which included loading the new Navigation disc. I was told the data was bad on one disc and they called and orde Had my car in for service in December which included loading the new Navigation disc. I was told the data was bad on one disc and they called and ordered a new disc to be sent to me. When the new disc never arrived, I called and left VMs and sent emails to Vanessa asking her about the disc. My VMs and emails were never returned. I ended up calling the Acura Navigation Center myself and after two phone calls and a couple of hours on the phone I got a supervisor today who is finally indicating they will Fed Ex the new disc. Fingers crossed that this happens. Vanessa at Courtesy Acura Littleton was not helpful at all with this issue. More
