Great work, reasonable price Connor and the service team did a great job. My MDX was repaired under a TSB so part of the cost was covered by Acura. Usually great, but poor this time around Michelle and Vanessa were pleasant at both check in & out, but waiting 2 1/2 hours for an oil change was unacceptable and threw off my work schedule. Michelle and Vanessa were pleasant at both check in & out, but waiting 2 1/2 hours for an oil change was unacceptable and threw off my work schedule. After being prepared for 1 1/2 hours and still not receiving an update after 2 hours, I checked in with Michelle for a status. She came back approximately 15 minutes later and told me they had trouble finding lug nut to take my tires off for rotation, but besides that hurdle, it was obvious they just got backed up and my car was at the back of the line. Things happen, but getting the work done quicker and receiving more proactive communication would've helped me better adjust my schedule. More

Top Notch Everyone is very professional and nice. The lounge is stocked with snacks, coffee, soda, and water with a nice fireplace. They washed and vacuumed my car and left a bottle of water and a mini peppermint patty for the ride home! More

Great Service Every Time I've been taking my Acura to Courtesy Acura for service since I leased my first on in 2014. I have since bought out the lease and continue to take my I've been taking my Acura to Courtesy Acura for service since I leased my first on in 2014. I have since bought out the lease and continue to take my car there for service. I typically work with Alec or Connor. They are both great to work with and I feel like I can trust them to do the right things for me and my vehicle. I lived in a diff state for about a year and I can tell you that the experience at Courtesy Acura is top notch compared with the other Acura dealership I took it to when I was out of state. I feel like they truly care about the customer experience and it is greatly appreciated! Thanks Guys!!! More
