At 1 o’clock, I did reply to the text and ask for an update on what time my car would be ready. Waited an hour and 15 minutes, no reply. My husband called the dealership and was told the car would be ready by 3:30. When we got there, Connor was not busy. He was scratching off his lottery ticket.
