Too many inconveniences Have been going there for a while, mainly routine maintenance. Nice place and people but too many issues. Second time in last handful of trips that I Have been going there for a while, mainly routine maintenance. Nice place and people but too many issues. Second time in last handful of trips that I've had service issues, where I've left the dealership and something went wrong with the vehicle where I had to turn around and go back out of my way to return it and get it corrected. This time it was from their "recommended" maintenance service. Think I'll take my vehicle somewhere else. More

MDX service work Alec went above and beyond in servicing my MDX. He arranged a tow truck to tow my car in and had a loaner car waiting for me. He helped out in getting Alec went above and beyond in servicing my MDX. He arranged a tow truck to tow my car in and had a loaner car waiting for me. He helped out in getting the repairs done in a fast and reasonable time. This is the reason Courtesy Acura does all of my service work on my car. When Alec was not available Connor was just as helpful and would keep me informed on the progress of my repairs and when the car would be ready for pick up which was done faster than he said it would be available. Great Customer Service and Wonderful Experience I got the maintenance service (B1) of my 2015 Acura RDX on July 11, 2018. Because I did not drive much annually, it has passed more than one year sinc I got the maintenance service (B1) of my 2015 Acura RDX on July 11, 2018. Because I did not drive much annually, it has passed more than one year since last maintenance. Chris reviewed my all previous services carefully. He also commentated and explained why Brake Fluid was needed to replace even the total mileage of my car was only 24,200 miles in the past four years. That made me feel comfortable. After maintenance, my car looks great and drives great! More
