Everyone from the person that greeted me when I pulled in to the person that delivered my car to me when it was done be department at Courtesy Acura. Worst service experience ever with a dealership! Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of professionalism! The car ended up with a new turbo system due to an oil change that went horr Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of professionalism! The car ended up with a new turbo system due to an oil change that went horribly wrong! Car had to be towed to the dealership and after the tech drove it 172 miles, or so they claimed, to and from his home to work, they deemed the car repaired and I received it a month later! This should have never happened and resulted in a tarnished new car experience and the Acura TLX product as a whole! More
