I can't say enough good things about the service department at Courtesy Acura (and especially Matt Sheridan)! They go out of their way to make your experience great, even for the smallest of servic department at Courtesy Acura (and especially Matt Sheridan)! They go out of their way to make your experience great, even for the smallest of service needs such as oil changes. They are proactive when working on bigger issues - they already have warranty information ready and options for the services you need. And I love the free loaner program - it makes life so simple. Kudos to them for all their great efforts - my next Acura will definitely be purchased here, simply because their service department has been so wonderful! More

Thank you Courtesy Acura for your AMAZING Service Department. All of the service reps are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We have been bringing our MDX and TL to Courtesy Acura since mov Department. All of the service reps are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We have been bringing our MDX and TL to Courtesy Acura since moving to Denver back in 2007. Appointments are taken for bigger service items but appointments aren't needed for oil changes. All costs are disclosed up front so there are no surprises when you go to pay. The complimentary WIFI is wonderful so we can work while waiting for our vehicle. Keep up the great work! More

I always have my Acura MDX serviced at Courtesy Acura and won't go anywhere else. Recently I had an oil change and nitrogen put in the tires. They provide a comfortable waiting area where my son and I coul won't go anywhere else. Recently I had an oil change and nitrogen put in the tires. They provide a comfortable waiting area where my son and I could wait and watch tv with beverages and snacks. Every time I am there they treat me with respect, courtesy and honesty. I bought my car there and continue to go there for the service with a smile I've come to expect. I haven't gone anywhere else for service in over two years and don't plan to go anywhere else. I have referred many including my mother who bought her new car from Courtesy Acura and I will go again and again for all my car car needs. More

I bought my first car from Courtesy in 1990. The service department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! Sandy keeps track of department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! Sandy keeps track of everything the two cars need, and they try to save me money whenever they can. I get a loaner car when I need one, and the cars get washed and vacuumed every time! I will only let Courtesy Acura service my 2008 Acura MDX. Sandy Santori is the best service advisor hands down. Randy, the service manager is awesome, also, as well as Linda, the cashier and Matt, the shop Sandy Santori is the best service advisor hands down.
