Brad contacted us after we put in a request through USAA for a Chevy Traverse. After looking at all the option that we had, we chose to go to Courtesy Chevrolet. We went in with 3 MUST and he found them all in a car for us. Unfortuantely, not in anyway Brad's fault, the car took longer to get to us than expected. But Brad called us regularly to keep us informed on when it would be there and to apologize for it taking so long. He even had the manager call just so we knew everyone was on top of it. When the car finally got there, it was perfect. Everything was ready for us and Brad walked us through all our new gadgets. We really love our new car and we were very happy with Brad's work. More

Larry Cook is the nicest services rep. I have met. He has a great sense of humor. Once he found a dead rat in one of my hub caps and told me it didn't survice the ride. Audrey was extremely helpful from the moment I got to Courtesy Chevrolet to look at the available used vehicles.
