Rafael Ramirez one of your service consultants had been my contact for many years. He had suggested on several occasions that I look at the new ones, since my auto was approaching 100K. Not only was this specific sales pleasant and friendly, but my wife and I never felt pushed or coerced. Georgi in my estimate was an excellent out-side man, not only did he know the models, he also knows how the features and demonstrates with ease. Since we are both in our mid to late eighties, this will more than likely be our last car. But, who knows? Most assuredly, it will be purchased at Courtesy Chevrolet. More

He also explained that the car needed a Volt mechanic and they are busy with Volts and Bolts. Larry called me the next day and said it would be ready in one more day and the it was a warranty item and there would be no cost. Best news I've had all week.
