I bought a used 2020 Ford explorer from Courtesy Chevrolet with out them telling me the full service history of the vehicle. I asked for the car fax and was not providing with the information I needed to know the car I was buying had this history. 2 days after buying the car, the check engine light came on and it has been sitting at a dealership since. I went into courtesy to talk to them and try to get me out of the car I purchased from them. Josh was completely rude, refused to provide us with his leadership information and litarly told us to "xxxx off". More
