This dealership is very nice. The customer service my family and I received while interacting with the representatives was outstanding. Lamar took the time to listen to our wants/needs for a new car and family and I received while interacting with the representatives was outstanding. Mike and the entire Chevrolet team was an absolute pleasure to work with! He helped me through a less than perfect situation and turned it into a not stressful situation. I want to say that GARRETT(he said he was manager or finance manager) was extremely RUDE. He did attempt to work with me but after discovering I could not accept the terms and needed to discuss with my finance manager) was extremely RUDE. He did attempt to work with me but after discovering I could not accept the terms and needed to discuss with my husband. He stated I did not need to then questioned who was buying the truck. I said again I needed to speak with my husband and he said what more do I want. I said for a 3rd time I need to speak with my husband and he walked away. I will NEVER go to Courtesy Chevrolet located at 1233 E CAMELBACK RD PHOENIX AZ 85014-3381 . On the other hand my sales guy Oscar was AMAZING!! I rated him 5 Stars. GARRETT ZERO STARS More
