Front end was awesome. Finish was not as good. I purchased on a Sunday. End of day maybe everyone was in a hurry. When the deal was finalized we found some items not as expected or not as present I purchased on a Sunday. End of day maybe everyone was in a hurry. Missing items such as tire inflating kit, owner's manual, minor defects in the interior that could not be fix due to Sunday. Explaination and setup of theft system and sirius radio didn't happen at the dealership. Had to learn on our own? Was told my purchase included 1 yr of sirius radio. When I activated it it was 3 months. To name a couple. I felt like the deal was done... you purchased it... your responsibility. Not sorry... let me see what I can do to make it better. I left my garage opener in my trade. Called the next day and it could not be found (safety issue?). No lost and found? You knew who it belonged to! Felt again like you left it... sorry. I have bought two vehicle s in 4 months. My experience was your competiton was better especially after the "close". Sales person was great at follow up. Finance and paperwork was excellent too. More
