Fast Service Was in for a standard oil change and for them to check on my shifter on a 16 Malibu. Top flight service & tech personnel Arrived for previously scheduled oil change, which was completed in record time of less than half hour. Mentioned to Service Advisor Jesse that the S Arrived for previously scheduled oil change, which was completed in record time of less than half hour. Mentioned to Service Advisor Jesse that the Suburban's rear seating area's lighting & heating control panel had loosened & was it possible to temporarily secure it till next visit for service. Jesse & tech named Ben attacked the problem with gusto & achieved their goal despite the broken console tabs, leaving me with specific instructions on where to place a couple small drops of Superglue to insure that the unit did not drop out of place again prior to returning for service & getting a permanent fix. These gentlemen were part of a long string of Service Advisors who have made this dealership my #1 choice even though I've moved out of the immediate area but return for competent & personable service. Price of the oil change service was approximately 1/3 of the cost of the previous out-of area service, & complimentary drink in a comfortable customer lounge was appreciated. --pc More

Karen saved the day This was the first time I have ever had a good experience at this place and it was all because of Karen. She is the best employee you have, hands down This was the first time I have ever had a good experience at this place and it was all because of Karen. She is the best employee you have, hands down. My appointment was supposed to be with someone named Ben, I guess. I had a appointment at noon. Pulled in around 11:50 and just stood there without anyone acknowledging me. I counted at least 20 employees who walked by me and avoided eye contact so they wouldn't have to speak to me. That is where Karen comes in. She recognized that I had been standing there a while and that no one had helped me. She took over the interaction and owned it from start to finish. She is so kind and hilarious. She set realistic expectations about how long it would likely take (cannot thank her enough for that. Normally I get quoted a time and then have to wait hours after that) and followed through during every part of the appointment. She made sure I got a ride to where I was going to wait for my car and kept me up to date in the process. I came back, got my car and was out of there. The whole process took about three hours which is still absurd when I made an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to guarantee a reasonable turnaround time? At any rate, Karen saved this visit from being an awful one. I always vow never to return to this generally horrendous place, but if I can deal with Karen every time I think I will come back. More

They don't care about family or the customer only the sale they can make. If they can't get you financed with one leder they run your credit until they find one. I've called and emailed trying to get it resolved but they don't care. They can remove all the credit inquiries that were done fraudulently, yes fraudulently. I thought they were going run my credit once not 12-15 times. Seriously greedy dealership. Owner/GM never answers. I've never experienced this type of service or disregard for human compassion. Misty really lacks compassion and doesn't care at all....instead of trying to resolve, all she said was ok.....Really?? And she still works there as a manager? does not answer her phone. Husband went in person she was there. Deb at least did follow up calls and emails, so plus for her. Too bad she was not in the correct department that could help. I did finance a car with some family help and I still get treated this way. I should have just gone somewhere else that treats people like people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! More
