We went in just to browse around and hopefully purchase a used car, we ended up trading in our vehicle as well as putting a down payment for two newer cars that worked for a college student and as well as a family car. Everyone that helped us was very helpful and answered all questions asked and if they couldn't, they made sure our questions were answered by a manager. My first car purchase So I want to start off by saying that this is my first car purchase. I visited multiple Chevy dealerships and Courtesy Chevrolet impressed me the most So I want to start off by saying that this is my first car purchase. I visited multiple Chevy dealerships and Courtesy Chevrolet impressed me the most. I was not pressured into buying a car the second I walked into the door or throughout the whole process. I know I wanted a car, I did not need a salesperson calling me everyday bugging me about it. We went for a test ride in the vehicle I wanted and went over the prices, and yet again was still not pressured into buying right then and there. Overall it took about 3 weeks for me to realize which car I wanted to purchase and was ready to buy. Anthony Alfaro helped me throughout the whole purchasing process and made it very easy to communicate and I still feel comfortable calling him about any questions and concerns that I have today. I enjoyed having him as my sales rep and having him help me get into my new 2015 Tahoe. I will recommend him and courtesy Chevrolet to my family and friends. More

We had done a lot of research prior to going into the dealership with numbers and credit so we knew what to expect, Anthony was honest the whole way through and was very helpful. We went in about 3 weeks before actually purchasing the 2015 Tahoe and Anthony made it very easy to contact him through both phone and email and made sure to answer our questions as thoroughly as possible. When we did come into purchase the car, Anthony found what we wanted and tried to go through the process as quickly as possible and make sure that everything was exactly what we wanted. He did all of this and very well. Herb Jernukian also aided Anthony in this whole process making sure that everything ran smoothly and it was a pleasure working with both of them. We started with an approval from a bank for$33, if you have challenge credit, do not go to this dealer, they will not deal with you straight forward. We started with an approval from a bank for$33,000 to $28,000 to we have to work with a bank that can approve you for what we want to do. Here is the story, we apply for a loan to get an SUV, we got the call that it got approved but for only $33,000 and they were going to call the banks back to find out if they could approve us for a higher amount, we never heard from the again, we called them to find out what was going on, after a week, we got another call from another sales person stating that we could get a deal done, about 5 minutes after that call we got another call from the 1st salesperson stating that we have only an approval for $28,000 and he was going to send us link with a car that would be ok with the approval that they have from the bank, we setup an appointment, we got to the dealer and they want to sell us used car with over 50,000 miles on it, of course we said no. They found a new vehicle and after 2 hours they still working with the bank to get an approval. Remember they supposed to have an approval for $33,000 or $28,000 already, in actuality they never had anything, so if you have challenge credit DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER, they will tell you anything just for you to go in. More

Audel & the Courtesy Chevrolet Staff made the purchase easy! I had visited the used/fleetsale dept. to browse several times looking for the vehicle that I knew I wanted. Last Tues., I found exactly what I was lo I had visited the used/fleetsale dept. to browse several times looking for the vehicle that I knew I wanted. Last Tues., I found exactly what I was looking for; A 2010 white Tahoe that the dealership had aquired over the Memorial day weekend. Audel was the 1st to greet me, and we agreed to meet early the next day to see what kind of price we could arrive on as I had a trade-in to consider. Early Wed. I drove the truck, which was in beautiful condition, and at that point I was fairly convinced that it was the right vehicle for my needs. Audel & I sat down to crunch the numbers. He worked hard w/ his mgr. to give me the price I felt the trade-in was worth. I got the value I wanted out of the trade-in, & the price on the Tahoe was with-in reason. From there, it was on to Finance where Misty worked me thru the paperwork to close the deal. Misty was very professional, and had all the documents ready & in order. During the process, Allen had the vehicle cleaned & ready to go in the customer pick-up side of the dealership. The whole process was streamlined from start to finish & I would highly recommend Audel & the Courtesy Chevrolet dealership staff to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. All were very customer service oriented. A truly pleasant experience. More
