They listened to what I wanted and when my schedule wouldn't permit time to come into the dealership they delivered the car to me at home and allowed me to sign all paperwork there as well. I must say that is a much better way to car shop if you know exactly what you're looking for. I will definitely recommend Courtesy to all my family and friends and encourage everyone else to give them a try as well. More
Sales service I purchased a 2013 Chev Tahoe from David Montano. David had exceptional however, the car I bought is "new" with 4,000 miles. The manual for the car was missing and waiting on a duplicate key. David received the duplicate key and informed me in a timely manner however it has been it has been two weeks since I purchased this car and still no manual for the car. I last talked to David on 5/15 he said it was ordered and it will take one week. I am very disappointed to have to wait for a manual on a "new" car. My question is since this was a "new" car why wasn't the manual already in it? Why is it taking this long to get a new manual for my "new" car? More
