Well let me start off by saying I have had my share of car buying experiences and they were not happy endings. I met Tom thru email of course and was up front that I know what I want what I can afford and car buying experiences and they were not happy endings. He replied w words that caught my attention right away saying the costumer is important and sale tactics isn't his style but to value his customer and try his best to get what they want. Tom kept his word 100% I am a very difficult customer ill admit but I just know what I want an can afford. He was genuine and it showed. I didn't have to deal w all the same old stuff and stories we know we all have shared and dealt with. I would recommend all my Friends and family to this guy anytime and trust they were I'n good hands. He has kept in touch even after to see how I'm enjoying my car. Which comes to my conclusion when I first experienced courtesy Chevrolet my friend told me to try them I didn't leave w full satisfaction I must admit and that's only because I didn't leave w my dream car but I took their advice on coming back after building my credit w the car I took home. I returned 22 months later w that same dream car In mind. Well it sure payed off an Tom made my dream a reality this time I did drive off in my dream car my 2014 Malibu now my intention was not a current yr but he made that happen as well I have never been so happy.
