This is my second purchase from Courtesy Chevrolet and Kelly Hanes in 13 months. I called Kelly inquiring about getting into a different car. I told her that I did not think anything could be done since Kelly Hanes in 13 months. I called Kelly inquiring about getting into a different car. She did just the opposite. She called me and told me that she would be able to help me - and to top it off, a new car would work better for me than a used one. Although hesitant, I went in to see her. After looking at cars and running my credit report I was told that not only could I get the car that I wanted - but the model with all the bells and whistles. I rolled my eyes just thinking of what the payment would be. When I was told that Scott Brown in Fiance was able to get me out of an 18% interest rate I'd into one under 3% I thought I was dreaming. Kelly and Scott are the best! I will continue to purchase all my cars at Courtesy Chevrolet and continue to tell everyone I know looking for a car to come here!
