Chris Estrada worked with me to bring the price for repairs within my budget since my warranty had expired... in a friendly "want to help you out" way. As a young female who knows very little about cars but loves/adores/cherishes her adorable blue Chevy Equinox, I worry about being taken advantage of by car dealerships who sense my lack of knowledge and want to make a good service sale. Chris earned my trust on this visit and I will return to Courtesy because of this experience. I hope they maintain this level of service and affordability. The true mettle of any auto dealership is revealed in how their after sales service people deal with any problems that arise, and there were a number of service issues that should have been dealt with before reaching point of sale, and might have been handled differently after sale. resulting in unfortunate experiences for both buyer and seller. However, manager Scott Bowsher listened to my woes, apologized, and did his best to make good, and finally, Manager Gonzales added his efforts to satisfying the customer and restoring confidence in the reputation of the company. I guess hiccups can happen anytime, anywhere, with anybody, and I have to say, now, that Courtesy Chevrolet can, after all, be recommended because the management there care. Thank you guys! More

There was a moment where I didn't think that I was going to get the vehicle but then Ivan pulled through and delivered the ke to the final handshake. I went in on a Friday night and was tired, and I have to say Tony Reyes was an awesome sales rep. He knew what he was talking about and moved things along very smooth and quick. Every employee we dealt with was extremely professional and personable! There was no "hard selling" techniques by Jude. He was extremely patient with us, as we were not sure as to what we were going to purchase. Lucy in financing informed us of all of our choices on extra warranties, she was very pleasant and we enjoyed her sharing her family photo with us. Jessica was just the icing on the cake! She was so helpful in teaching us about all the settings in the car. And told us not to worry about remembering any of it, just stop by and she will program whatever needed to be done.
