I contacted Courtesy Chevrolet inquiring about the internet specials they had available. I dealt with Keith who is the internet sales manager. After a short conversation Keith had identified my wants and needs. He sent me information immediately on possible Malibus which fit my criteria and price range. He also guaranteed he could work out a great deal for me and my wife and encouraged us to travel over a 100 miles to visit the dealership if I was a serious buyer. The next day my wife and I made to trip to Phoenix from Tucson and upon arrival was greeted by him and his friendly team. They delivered on his guarantee of a great deal and gave us time to make our decision without a high pressure environment. My wife and I left to have lunch and discuss our options which they were very supportive of and didn't try to hold us hostage at the dealership. After we made our mind up we returned to Courtesy Chevy to buy our new car. The buying process was seamless, comfortable, and very quick. The transaction was completed faster than I ever thought possible and we were headed back home with our brand new car with half of the day still remaining. I would suggest Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a Chevy! I look forward to working with Keith, Steve, and their team again in the future. I went to the dealership wanting to trade-in the mini-van I was driving, I was not sure what I wanted aside from wanting a newer more reliable vehicle. I went to the dealership with 4 goals and successfully I was driving, I was not sure what I wanted aside from wanting a newer more reliable vehicle. I went to the dealership with 4 goals and successfully accomplished all 4 goals, simply closing the deal accomplished 2 of my goals, being free of the vehicle my ex-girlfriend was on the title and loan of and getting a more reliable vehicle. The 3rd and 4th were lower vehicle payments and better fuel efficiency. Both vehicles in optimal condition would get the same fuel efficiency, but the mini-van was not in optimal condition and I could not afford the work to get it there. Thee most important thing was my need to lower my monthly vehicle payment, the staff worked with me in a very courteous and professional manner and I ultimately got a monthly payment I could handle much lower than the mini-van I was paying on and at an interest rate that shocked me. I only wish I have gone to Courtesy Chevrolet in the 1st place instead of making the mistakes I made with 2 other dealers that left me in a very bad situation. More

Our experience at Courtesy Chevrolet was exceptional. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Frankie Blanco. Frankie couldn't have been any nicer to myself and my wife and 2 kids.
