Everytime time i've been in for simple oil change there has been other problems to my car and when i address them to service advisor the wont to charge me crazy prices. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Courtesy Chevrolet with our recent purchase of a 2013 Malibu. Eric Steffes allowed me to have a 24hr test drive! I took the car home, drove it from Courtesy Chevrolet with our recent purchase of a 2013 Malibu. Eric Steffes allowed me to have a 24hr test drive! I took the car home, drove it work, ran errands and got the full feel of the vehicle before purchasing. When we started talking numbers, I did not feel pressured and my payment was within the range we talked about. Eric suggested ways to save money such as a USAA member discount. Glen Keeting in finance helped us close the deal. He even stayed til 10:30pm helping us get just what we were comfortable with. In the rain, Eric sat in the car to help me connect my bluetooth and give me the rundown on the OnStar features. They really did put in the extra effort that made this whole experience very easy and fast. I even have 3 years FREE oil changes to utilize! The other staff was very polite offering bottled water and friendly smiles. More

UPDATE: all paint related issues were resolve promptly, and their customer service went above and Beyond to satisfy!! :-) They have my wifes car for a repair job rear end collision, called me just b and their customer service went above and Beyond to satisfy!! :-) They have my wifes car for a repair job rear end collision, called me just before dark (old bodyshop trick so you cant see the imperfections in their work) so I can the next day (3/1/13 about 3pm)when it was nice and bright, what I saw really upset me. There were atleast a dozen small pieces of dirt and debris in the rear bumper paint to the point where when you ran the palm of your hand across them they were SHARP like they didnt even take the time to color sand before they clear coated?? AND in the center of the bumper there was a 3 inch hair under the paint sticking up through both the paint and clear coat!! Also there were light ”scuffs/scratches” in the quarter panel from where they removed the rear bumper but were too lazy to use a ”fine cut” rubbing compound to remove the scratches before scheduling me to pick it up. oh yea and another thing...they were supposed to put a new trunk lid on the car BUT instead they cheaped out and installed a used one?? When I shut the trunk the spoiler wobbled, I said what the heck?? Sure enough the spoiler was loose and wobbly and almost looked like they tried to use double stick tape to hold it on! :-( More

He gave us lots of personal customer service and peace of mind during the usually stressful buying process...in 2005 I actually walked off this same lot completely disgusted with the sales people and brought a new toyota instead...if they had more salesmen like mike back then theres no doubt in my mind I woulda left with a chevy back then too. ONE NOTE: the last guy ”kelly” we got out keys from was kinda RUDE? Got kinda snippy with my wonderful wife of 14yrs over a stupid little 25cent courtesty chevrolet key chain? Its not what you say but how you say it shes 34 years old and dosnt need to talked to like a child... and while we we setting up our onstar the guy just ditched us and we had to figure it out ourselves??? Not cool kelly, mike was awesome tho and even called us later to see how thing were going with the new car. More
