I purchased a vehicle in 2009. Mr. Jason kept emailing updates and sales events as the years rolled by. I had communicated with Mr. Jason of my intentions to trade my vehicle when I returned from oversea updates and sales events as the years rolled by. Mr. Steve took awesome care of me, helping me find the vehicle I was comfortable with. As the day was a bit 'warm', he never wavered from keeping a smile or keeping us hydrated. He took care to answer all my questions, even if he had to ask someone else. Due to his awesomely awesomeness that day, I also purchased a used vehicle for my mother. As she is on the short side, before I could request, Mr. Steve and Mr. Russell asked if I wanted my running boards, then currently on my 2009, to be put on my mother's truck. I returned a couple days later to pick up the truck. In summary, Mr. Steve did an outstanding job of helping me to purchase my vehicle. In turn, I gave him more of my business that same day. Kelly was great. David's older sister Martha Keith, handled us in the Finance department. She was instrumental in tying all the parts together, and getting us out the door. She seems to have an excellent rapport with the banks she works with. She is very experienced and highly capable.
