I was recently shopping for a new Chevy Sonic in my area. Each dealer wanted to push me into a vehicle I did not want. Because I was dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received in my area, I researched the internet for car dealerships in a neighboring state. I found Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix, AZ. I contacted Courtesy Chevrolet and within 15 minutes their sales associate, Anthony Lopenzo, located a Chevy Sonic with the exact specification I wanted and the price was much lower than what I was quoted in my area. Mr. Lopenzo was a pleasure to work with. He informed me of rebates I was qualified to receive. He did not use a high pressure sales pitch and he did not try to coerce me into purchasing extra features. In addition to Mr. Lopenzo, I also worked with Martha Keith. Ms. Keith was professional and very helpful. While Ms. Keith was preparing the necessary sales documents, she notified me that there was a two hundred dollar error in my favor. I have never before worked with a car dealership that was so honest and forth coming. Courtesy Chevrolet shipped the Sonic directly to my home which is approximately 8 hours away. When the vehicle arrived, it was in perfect condition. This by far was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made.
