Over the weekend we purchased our second new Chevrolet from them, so I guess that means we are on our way to becoming regulars. As with our first purchase, the deal and the service were unmatched. I truly believe that the fact that Courtesy Chevrolet is a well-established, family-owned dealership makes all the difference in the great attitude of the folks who work there and in the service you receive from them. You’re treated like a person, not just another sucker to be taken advantage of. I’d like to give a shout out particularly to Internet Sales Manager Steve Rimer (who also sold us a new Chevy Cruze back in August) -- a very personable, patient young man who did his darnedest to get us the very best deal he could. He was a real pleasure to work with, right through to the very end, even though we had kept him hours past his quitting time that day. In addition, I’d like to mention New Car Manager George Salman as well as Russell Delmont, the Finance Manager, both great guys and also very professional. We really love our new 2012 Malibu! I was advised by another garage that my struts were blown out and needed to be replaced. I scheduled the service with Courtesy. David Molinar was my Service Technician. His honesty saved me $500.00 dollars today and I wanted him to be commended for his Service Excellence and I also wanted to personally thank him. I have purchased Chevy products from Courtesy in the past and was well pleased. So when I went to purchase a new Avalanche I went to Courtesy first. I then went to two very large dealerships in the area an and was well pleased. So when I went to purchase a new Avalanche I went to Courtesy first. I then went to two very large dealerships in the area and instantly realized a big difference in how I was handled as a new auto buyer. The large dealerships treated me as if it were my first time to buy a new auto. They have this what I describe as a "Mickey Mouse" game they think they want to play with their customers. I guess this is done to out trade the customer as much as possible. I know and expect the dealer and sales department have to make money but I also want to be treated with the respect that I may have a brain and do not like the back and forth B.S. that so many dealerships put the customer through. I know a certain amount of this has to be done but the large dealerships cary this to the extreme. I think they do this to wear the customer down to a point that the customer gives in to their terms. I do not have the time or the patience to take all day long to do something as simple as a trade. So when I went into Courtesy Chevy, I made sure on our first meeting that the salesman ( Kevin Frasher) understood that I wanted to get down to business asap. He was accomodating and professional and respectful in his dealings with me. I would recommend Keving Frasher at Courtesy to anyone looking for fair and straitht up dealings. More
Tim is the Service Person with whom I deal. He is just great; answers questions promptly, correctly, and is pretty exact about estimates, whether it is for costs or time. I dread buying cars, I feel as a woman the male staff would tend to take advantage thinking I do not know what I am doing or what they are talking about. This was not the case at Courtesy. I know I was probably a thorn in his side with all my doubts and requests but the entire time he was kind, tended to all my needs and questions in a very courteous and professional way. He made my car buying experience the best thus far! Steve even remembered the type of music I mentioned I listen to and set all my satalite radio channels for me, connected my bluetooth and ensured I knew all the car features while buying and reiterated them before I left.I would definitely recommend Steve and Courtesy Chevrolet to any one of my friends and family members who are in the market of car buying. All the staff at Courtesy was great - Steve above all made my experience a great, memorable one. Thanks Steve! More
