I already knew the kind of car I wanted when my husband said he'd like to stop at Courtesy Chevrolet, and it wasn't a Chevy although we had been in the Chevy family for quite some time. So, I "humored" him said he'd like to stop at Courtesy Chevrolet, and it wasn't a Chevy although we had been in the Chevy family for quite some time. So, I "humored" him and we made the stop. James Balazs asked if he could assist us and I said, "No, thank you" hurrying into the showroom. He politely retreated as we rushed in only to come back out as quickly. We had stopped to see the Malibu and instead found the Cruze. What an incredible surprise we were in for! As we looked the black RST over I reminded myself that this was a Chevy and not the Mercedes I intended to buy. James was asked to explain a few questions and it's history from there. He knew everything there was to know about the car and with each explanation came our response of unbelief. We, after all, had only stopped in and were not intending to buy a car that day! If you knew my husband and me you would know that we don't regularly shop the way we did on the 8th of Jan. at Courtesy. However, James and his manager made this an effortless transaction with the utmost "courtesy" and we drove the car home less than 4 hours later from start to finish. We have NEVER experienced such plesantry purchasing a vehicle having always worked with a broker to avoid dealerships. I'm your best advertisement since I am telling everyone about you as a dealership, salesman and this fabulous car. Thank you very much...it's a high five to all of you! More
I had a few concerns, but with the help of Tiffany Smith all ended much better than I expected. I avoided Courtesy Chebrolet for years due to a bad experience years ago. Recently I replaced my 1972 Chevy Cheyenne Pickup with a 2007 Silverado. I took my car in to get a new key fob for my 2005 chevy malibu because my previous one had broken. I asked him before he took my keys about how long it would be and he replied roughly 2 hours to inspect my car and to reprogram my key fob. It took that exact amount of time, no more...no less. He also supplied me with an detailed inspection report of my car and what needed servicing. I was impressed and will be returning my car here for future service. Thanks again Eric. More
After a horrible experience with another dealer, I walked into Courtesy and was able to purchase the vehicle I really wanted. Scott was great to work with as were George and David. They treated me with respect and the customer service was impressive to say the least. I left with a new vehicle and felt like part of the family. The whole process took time, but was well worth it. I would highly recommend Courtesy and especially Scott Nagy for his professionalism. While other dealerships treat you like you need them more than they need you, Courtesy goes out of their way to help make the experience as painless as possible. As for the other dealership. I pass by there daily and give them a salute. The one fingered kind. More
This month, I brought my car in to have the seat belt buckle repaired on the driver's side. My sales rep Mr. Tim Jackson was assisting me that day with my repair issues. He has been my sales rep for a few years now, and he tries to make sure that my car gets the services it needs or if there are services that my car may be need in the down the line. He has helped me feel assured that my car will be well taken care of. If necessary, he also makes shuttle services available to me if I need to get to work and back to the dealership to pick-up my car when it's ready. Getting back to my seat belt buckle repair, it was repaired beautifully and now I feel safer knowing it has been fixed. Thank you to Mr. Jackson and all who provide services at Courtesy Chevrolet.
