I dont want this I informed Zoe. Another catch was the Extended Warranty which I said NO. But then I get a call saying I have it. Why? truck comes with bumper to bumper 3 year or 36k whichever comes first and also a 5/50 whichever comes first. Now I am paying for warranty that I said no to. Ive called/text 4 times...No response. Zoe is aware of what he got away with. I am currently looking at avenues to recoup my charges. Sad that they quit giving paper copies of your contract, you would see everything in front of you More

Well, first off, I saw all the reviews for Liz and wouldn’t want anyone else. We were going to wait till tax season but said let’s give it a shot anyways. Review for Liz Let’s talk about my experience. I came in with my wife to get her a car even though we were thinking of waiting till tax season. Awful - once you sign and drive off they do not want to hear from you - they forced us to take Lojack ($600) because it was "already installed" one month later the device stopped reporting - no way to kno hear from you - they forced us to take Lojack ($600) because it was "already installed" one month later the device stopped reporting - no way to know that unless you actually go on their app and check - so 10 months later I figure it out and ask A will they fix it and B will they credit me for the time it wasn't working - NO on both requests. the guy that reached out was nice and understanding while he said no LOL More
