The financial guy was horrible. He made us feel like we were a burden. Rude by actions, not words. Told us the bumper to bumper warranty on car would not be honored to us. And then tried selling a $3000 warranty to us! Lying or lack of knowlege is not good for a finance guy! He made the registration out to someone else. My hubs caught the mistake as we were exiting his office. He went back to his computer to correct it. Never said sorry or apologize for his mistake. His only goal seemed to sell us add-ons and the heck with us! I would fire him ! More
