I was shopping for a specific color jeep sahara. They didn’t have any in stock so my salesman Albert ask if I wanted to order it. I did and it was awesome finally received and drive it. If I could give 0 stars I would. It has now be 66 days since purchase. Over 15 phone calls, emails, and a trip to the DMV, which I had to take a day off work to wait there and still It has now be 66 days since purchase. Over 15 phone calls, emails, and a trip to the DMV, which I had to take a day off work to wait there and still nothing. From the salesman, Ed, to the finance manager, to the GM, not one person has helped me. I purchased the vehicle and salesman and finance manager told me no issues transferring tags. Well, 66 days later and a suspended license and a lost day of work and I cannot even get a call or email back. Service and lack of action and response is forcing my hand to put this matter with local authorities. Love the car I bought, but the sales, service and follow up is the worst I have experienced in 30 years of buying cars. More
