Disappointed again. I made an appointment to fix two recalls that Ram sent to me and marked “URGENT.” Appt was 2 weeks out. Scheduling checked and made sure they had the parts first which she said they did. Scheduler said it would be fixed quickly. When I get there, service advisor says it’s a minimum 4 hour job and he recommended I leave it which I couldn’t. I don’t have a way home. Then, after 2 hours of waiting, they gave me the vehicle back with only one recall done and said they didn’t have the parts for the other one. What?! So now they’ll call me again when the parts are in. And I will have to take time off from work again. Not happening. I will find another dealer. Every time I go to this dealer there is a problem. seriously, what’s so difficult? More
They are very easy to work with and very helpful. Switch from 2 other companies to them due to there excellent service. They are not pushy and really want to help you get what you need. I am not feeling very happy about my service experience. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing of tire. While being service the undercarriage was damaged , the reason that car slipped off “jack “.The General Service Director/ Manager apologized and told me that replacement parts would be ordered and would be in store by the following week. I am very happy that no one was injured during the mishap that caused the damage to my car. I am disappointed that the accident occurred. This will take time away from my already busy week ahead to get my car fixed. More

I purchased my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willis Sport from Courtesy. The purchase process was ok. My sales person Joe was awesome. The person who checked out my trade in and priced it was dishonest. Now I have taken my jeep in for service twice. First time they took and kept the spare lug nuts. I had to go back complain and demand four new ones. This past service was horrible. The service advisor who I had an appointment with never talked to me. The service advisor who checked me in couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. Advisor never told me the status of my jeep. The text status never worked. I had to go track down the advisor only after I saw my Jeep being parked. Advisor never told me that my Jeep was checked out during service and it was ok. Advisor only communicated about five words to me during my service appointment. I also had to go back and pickup the lug nut key they never returned. I asked for a copy of the paperwork The advisor wouldn’t give me a copy. The service dept had people standing around with tablets in their hand. While I was there in service a customer was complaining about how he was being disrespected only then did I see an advisor talk to a customer. Maybe I should’ve made a scene to have some conversation. I really felt like a number not a customer both times I was there in service. Seems once you but a vehicle here after that your on your own.
