Service Advisors seemed really on edge the day I visited. Complaining about other customers in front of other customers. My advisor didn’t even greet me or say hello. I finally did the introduction. Plus when they were done servicing my Ram, they parked it so close to other vehicles I barely got it out of its spot and thank goodness I checked, as I almost clipped another vehicle.
