Update: Since last night I've spoken with the market director Ruben and he has apologized and advised the vehicle is repaired and being cleaned now. He also promised that the Service manager would call and make arrangements to have the vehicle delivered to me later today. Since it took up until 11:30 am today to fix an issue with a fuse and the repeated brush offs from my original service advisor Steven, I will not be changing my rating. However, if what Ruben promised comes to pass, I'm willing to give them another chance in the future. I will update this post again once I've gotten my vehicle back.
