Great experience today buying my daughters Jeep Cherokee. Salesperson Austin Penman is the best guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and got things done quickly. If I could give them a zero, I would. The worst customer service, the worst management, the worst experience ever; on multiple occasions. When you ask the employees why does something simple take so many ho service, the worst management, the worst experience ever; on multiple occasions. When you ask the employees why does something simple take so many hours (4-6 hours for an oil change, a new battery) they put their hands up and walk off. They are defeated from being yelled at all day. Management needs to take responsibility! Won’t ever buy a Chrysler just so I won’t have to come here. Spread the word, demand better, read the reviews, simply pathetic. More
