While driving our 2024 Jeep, with just 16k miles, the engine light came on, so a friend put a code reader on it and there was a battery issue. Called a dealership who said it was an electrical issue and engine light came on, so a friend put a code reader on it and there was a battery issue. They paid for an Uber to take us home. Got a text the next day after the diagnosis had revealed the secondary battery was bad, after the battery was replaced, they sent a message we could come pick it up. More
