A Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 2006 was bought from Courtesy Dodge Jeep Dealer on August 17, 2013 from seller Luis Tiant, who at that time knew all the modifications that the car had. The Sales person Courtesy Dodge Jeep Dealer on August 17, 2013 from seller Luis Tiant, who at that time knew all the modifications that the car had. The Sales person at the moment William Larkey recommended an extended warranty as the car had around 100,000 miles. In September 28, 2013 on our way home from dinner the car turned off on a red light, we went to the side and saw that the timing belt had snapped at that time we called the insurance company (GEICO) and got a tow truck to our apartment, next morning we took the car to NAPA Autocare Center in wish they contacted the warranty of the car, the person from the warranty came, saw the car, and approved the claim knowing all the modifications that the car already had. That first repair the warranty covered and we pay $822.33 of deductible. In October 24, 2013 the car started having problems again, it was grinding on 3rd gear, we took it to AAMCO Transmissions, they contacted the warranty company, the same person came he knew already the car so he approved the claim from this claim he had to pay $175.00 deductible. In January the car started heating up so we thought it was the water pump we bought it and took the car to R Sport LLC so the water pump could be replace, we paid on January 15, 2014 $252.28 for this repair. The next day January 16, 2014 the car overheated again and it was leaking coolant, we didn’t want to take any chances so we took it to NAPA Autocare center so they had a look at it. They called the warranty company at this point the same person came by this time the warranty company person started saying that the car had some illegal modifications, which are the same ones he’s been seeing since day one on the car. He denied the claim, we called the dealer (Courtesy dodge jeep) so they could talk to the warranty and figure why this person was claiming those modifications now and not before. The claimed got approve but they told us that was going to be the last time the warranty covered something, we got the car back by January 31, 2014. In February 08, 2014 on our way from Tampa to Fort Myers the oil light on the car started blinking so we stop at a gas station right out exit 220, checked the oil and everything look good. We got on the I-75 and not even 2 min. in the car locked down it turned off, we had to go to the side. We try to turn it on with no luck, we called the car insurance (State Farm) this was at 4:30 pm they told us a tow truck will be there in 40 to 60 min, 30 min later the tow company called that there truck just had a flat tire and we needed to wait for another one. Tow truck got there at 7:05pm, at this time we decided to take the car to the dealer since it was on exit 224. Today February 17, 2014 the car is still in the dealer there claiming that we did illegal modifications to it witch we didn’t. We fax them a letter from NAPA stating that when we took the car to them the first time the car already had all those modifications. At this point we are frustrated, we haven't been sleeping well or concentrate at work since this is in our minds all the time. We did manage to contact the previous owner and he gave us a list of all those modifications that they were already done when he traded in the car. as for now the general manager saids we are lying. and that my husband put all those illegal parts when we clearly bought the car with those parts..any help will be really appreciated. My daughter and I were out looking for a new car for her. We had been to a few other dealerships and they gave us the run around. When we stopped in at Dodge, I had told her I was NOT buying anything today We had been to a few other dealerships and they gave us the run around. When we stopped in at Dodge, I had told her I was NOT buying anything today and that we would start fresh the following weekend. Ron came out and introduced himself, I still was not interested in dealing he asked if he could just give me the opportunity to talk with him about the car and so on. Knowing I was not ready to buy. I also told him that the car was not for me but for my daughter. What really impressed me was that he included her in all the conversations and asked her if she had any questions. Him acknowledging her and answer all her questions was a bonuse point for me. When she asked him about the safety features of the vehicle he went into detail about them and gave examples to her. He knows this car pretty well. My boyfriend is looking for a new Jeep and I have already told him to go see Ron when he is ready... which will be in a few months! I purchase my Camry from Courtesy Toyota and will continue to do business with Courtesy in the future. Congratulations Ron you got me to buy the car that day and I am glad I did!!! More

My wife and I went to dealership just to look at making a possible purchase of a certified SUV. We were greeted by Albert Myrick, who turned out to be a non pushy cool sales expert. Very attentive, friendly possible purchase of a certified SUV. We were greeted by Albert Myrick, who turned out to be a non pushy cool sales expert. Very attentive, friendly and body language showed that he was interested in our conversation and search for a new family vehicle. My two boys are a handful and Albert was as cool as ice, didn't faze him a bit. Made what turned out to be a purchase that day worth the time and of course the money I spent. More

First time buying a new car, went to Honda first but they were very rigid, cold and dull felt like I was being talked into buying something. After they tried to convince when I clearly said I was going to ex were very rigid, cold and dull felt like I was being talked into buying something. After they tried to convince when I clearly said I was going to explore my options I went to jeep. Brandon was very personable, relax, informative, and down to earth. He was relatable and nice and felt like more of a friend then a typical persistent annoying salesperson. He knew his stuff and was humorous as well would definitely recommend him and the dealership for anyone who doesn't want the stereotype sales experience. More
My husband and I have been searching the car sales My husband and I have been searching the car sales internet for the past 3 weeks. I was involved in a auto accident on 1/3/14 near where I reside(Pun My husband and I have been searching the car sales internet for the past 3 weeks. I was involved in a auto accident on 1/3/14 near where I reside(Punta Gorda,Fl-Charlotte County). It was another driver that fell asleep and ran 2 red lights and slammed into my vehicle and another in the lane next to me. I had just purchased a beautiful hyundai tuscon limited a year and a few months earlier- it was totaled. The best thing out of this all is that I along with my passenger were spared other more serious injuries due to wearing our seatbelts and the airbags that deployed. My passenger and I both suffered neck and back injuries that to this day we are still seeking physical therapy and orthopedic assistance to remedy. I have been overwhelmed with the "accident process"- the loss of vehicle, the crazy phone calls all day long, the workmens comp process(as this occurred while I was working), the limitations I have had on my job due to the injuries, the hastles from insurance companies, inept people everywhere and of course the endless hours looking for a replacement vehicle. I had reached out to the dealership internet website in an email to inquire about the availability of a vehicle or two. There was an immediate response from Jeff Marks. He followed up through emails and phone calls and due to my work load, I had my husband intervene and ended up making the call to Jeff that we would be interested in seeing a vehicle and would be heading up that way on Sunday, January 26th- today! We had already made long drives to this area, to Bradenton, Sarasota, Clearwater, and Ft Myers. We had some great offers from another dealership but liked some components of the Equinox and really appreciated the professional demeanor and follow through of Jeff Marks. There was a combined effort of the above mentioned folks to make our purchase happen today. I had a figure in my head for a monthly payment and it is what I needed to stick to. Through much number crunching and compromising from all parties and a SUPER thorough review of choices and money down options and warranty's available by Jim O'Neil we struck a figure and it stuck! My husband and I are most appreciative of the initial immediate response and follow through from Jeff which got us to the dealership in the first place. The team effort to support everyone's best interests and Jim bringing it all together was fabulous. Jeff also insured some touch ups were taken care of with the vehicle and spent a good amount of time reviewing the interior workings of the vehicle as well. Kudos to this team!!! The exhausting efforts in searching the car sales internet, having long days driving and searching, and the frustrations of cars being sold before we could see or numbers just not coming together.......it was all worth it for the service we received today. Thank you Gentlemen! Lisa Callis More
We were recently in an accident in which our 1991 Jeep Wrangler was totaled. We dreaded the "car-buying" experience as it's been quite some time since we've purchased a "new" vehicle. Ralph was recommen Wrangler was totaled. We dreaded the "car-buying" experience as it's been quite some time since we've purchased a "new" vehicle. Ralph was recommended to us by another salesman that we had just visited at another dealership. When we arrived @ Courtesy Jeep, Ralph was the MOST pleasant and relaxed sales representative we've ever had. He was GREAT to work with. We didn't feel pressured at all to purchase a vehicle and whatever we wanted to see, he accommodated us. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly, accommodating and relaxed. We really enjoyed the experience and were able to walk away with a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. We really appreciate Ralph and when my 2006 Buick Terraza goes, Ralph will be the first person I call for a new/used vehicle!!! I've been recommending him (and the dealership) to all my co-workers here at New York Life!!! Thanks Courtesy and THANK YOU RALPH for a wonderful experience!!!! More
