"Worst service ever ! "

Very poor customer service. Do not recommend to do any maintenance or mechanical repairs here would be better to take a drive to one that cares about its customers and isn’t rude. Made appointment with VICTOR, scheduled services including shuttle. Result no shuttle and woman was rude because wife wasn’t on list, wash and vac not completed as well which was requested. Then found that the DEF fluid was not added, no inspection performed, and tires not rotated and services were paid for. After many calls without return I finally was able to reach RICHARD the service manager and rescheduled yet another service appointment to correct issues and stated he would make sure things were corrected. After car was picked up the interior was a mess with glovebox contents not placed back in, and DEF fluid still not added. RICHARD was called and then disagreed about what had happened and said it was on the ticket that it was done. Shop floor mechanic CHARLIE came and filled with 3 gals of DEF. This service here I horrible ! After posting the initial review PAUL the general manager asked to speak with me so I called, left a message but he had RICHARD call me back .... This is the absolute worst service center ever better off going to jiffy lube and saving your money.

"Miserable service and follow-up"

Miserable service experience. We have a 2016 Chrysler 300 and have had it serviced at Courtesy several times. This last time I took it in for an oil change and when the car was ready I went to pay the bill and it was $79+. I asked why and the service rep said "synthetic oil" which I have never requested. I did not have time to argue that point as I was wanting to get to the Emergency Room for some health issues I was having. Yesterday, I went online and was looking for the General Manager's email address so I could contact him. An instant assistant offered help but was unable to provide the address. She then asked what the issue was and I advised. She came back and said that someone would contact me by telephone. Now it is the next morning and still nothing. POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH A WORSE EXPERIENCE SO FAR FOR FOLLOW-UP RELATIVE TO THE ISSUE!

"Lost a custo after multiple opportunities to win my business"

My wife bought a jeep from Courtesy in 2014 so when I was in the market for a 2019 Ram 1500 I decided to give them a try. I created a list of preferred and must have options for the 2019 Ram and sent it to a few dealers in the Tampa area. Courtesy quickly responded but it took days and sometimes over a week when doing any follow up or answering my questions. I was offered a great deal and purchased the truck at Ferman. I wanted to stay local (live in Lithia) versus making the hour long drive to Ferman.but couldn't get Courtesy to respond. I was later contacted by the Sales or Internet Mgr where I was able to share my frustration and he was apologetic. A few months later after purchasing the 2019 Ram, I had an issue with my truck. I made an appointment at Service, which really doesn't help or expedite the process. I elected to wait while the truck was being fixed and after about 60 minutes I was told it was going to take another 2-3 hours before they could get to my truck. I opted to leave and do it another time. Recently, I took it back for a regular service (oil change, tries rotation, etc.) and also get the warranty issue checked. I again made an appt but decided to just to get a rental to avoid the waiting. I returned the next day to pick up the truck and the cost of this regular service was just over $70. I had the identical service done when I had a Ford 150 and Brandon Ford charged under $40. Apparently Courtesy's multi-point inspection did not include checking tire pressure, only the tread depth. I knew my tires were slightly low but assumed it would be fixed when I got the truck serviced. Unfortunately tire pressure is not one of the muli-point inspections and my tires were still low. I get in the truck to drive away and a new error light pops up on dash. I have someone look at it and they provided an explanation of what it was and their explanation was completely wrong and they offered to 'push some buttons to fix it'. My truck ended up needing to back to figure out the new error that popped up. They bring the truck back after 15-20 mins stating the truck 'reset itself' and that was the reason for the error. Not sure how that just happens and when it 'reset itself' the error message pops up. Now after having the truck back a couple days and driving at highway speeds, I have a new vibration and a shake. I will not be returning it to Courtesy and will now have to drive 45 mins out of the way to another Ram dealer. The staff at Courtesy have always been nice and easy to work with but their is failure in the basics of communication and with the level and quality of service.

"The worst service department ever!!!"

Save your time and go somewhere else. I'm never going to take my Ram here again because they treat you like garbage and mislead you about services you are entitled to. Do youself a favor and go to another dealership because this one is garbage. Jerry Ulm is much better and won't waste your time!

"Sadly I had to give one star just to make the board "

I brought my Vehicle in because my heat did not work, well for $1500 dollars I didn't need the heat in Florida. I get my vehicle back and the A/C wasn't working. I take it in to have that fixed, $1500 later after removing the dash and not gluing it back together properly, my brake lights wouldn't go off, my hazards didn't work, my trax button and heated seat buttons weren't working. I bring it back; it took them two weeks, TWO weeks to fix it. I pick it up, the traction light was on, the ESP light was on and the ABS light. I take it back, they switch out the brake switch, three days and I go pick it back up only to notice that someone had broken my windshield! I didn't even get the vehicle home and turned around. Argued with the service manager who said "I would have to prove that it happened here." Finally spoke w/ Shay (spelling) who said to bring it back in because all my lights were still on and now the window was cracked and I wanted it fixed. I bring it back in, again it was there for an entire week, the original brake switch they put on was bad, so they changed it out. So far so good; but it has only been a few hours. My problem-the window was supposedly fixed, but another crack appeared...and the first hole looks worse than before I brought it in to be fixed! And now nobody wants to call me back. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE; I BEG YOU TO RECONSIDER!!! My problems have been going on for 2 months. Chase was my Service Advisor and he is the only reason I keep going back. Actually all the service people are great; not sure what is going on back in the garage...

"Lousy service"

The finance guy didn’t even put me on the title of my car. He just put my husband! We paid for the outside/inside protection and never received a call back to schedule it, after numerous calls. My rear sensors quit working and I have been waiting 6 months for them to call me back to fix it. We took the van to a different dealership and they did it in two days!

"Jami in the service department is Amazing! "

I had to drop off my jeep, and as a realtor, it’s impossible to work without a vehicle so I scheduled my service while I was headed out of town. Jami was amazing in communicating what needed to be done and even organized my car to be detailed at my request upon my arrival. My flight was late and I was worried I couldn’t make it on time to pick up my Jeep...Jami had everything arranged for a late arrival. The service provided was hands down the very best experience I could have asked for!

"Dropped the car off for a recall. It took them almost 4 days"

I dropped the car off on Monday at 9 AM to fix a recall notification I received in the mail. The service rep (Chris Cantu) took me in and at first he seemed like a nice guy. Gave me his business card with direct line letting me know I could reach him any time to check on status. Around noon time on the same day, I call his number and left a message asking for status. No call back. Hours later, I received an email from the dealer with a status report letting me know all other items that were identified as "Requiring Immediate Attention" based on the multipoint inspection. I chose to decline most of them, except for the oil change which I had asked them to do additionally. I requested a call back, reached out to Chris again by phone, and left another voicemail asking for call back to discuss findings. No call back. The following morning, I decided to give them additional time to work on the vehicle. Called Chris again around noon. Left another message. No call back. I reached to service main number and was finally transferred to Chris. He seemed surprised that I had declined mostly everything, which gave me the impression that they had not worked on the car for the very reason that I had declined all the other recommendations. Then he told me they will be working on the car that same day. Another day went by, no call back no status. Only received an email with some update, but nothing clear as to what the current situation was with the vehicle. keep in mind, I cropped off the car at 9 AM on Monday, and it is now Wednesday afternoon. I began calling the service department main line and asking for updates about my car that way. They first told me that Chris was out to lunch and to call back later. I called back around 5 PM and coincidentally they had just finished the work on my car. 3 days to correct a recall and oil change. The main problem here is the lack of communication and updates I received from the service rep. Not something I am used to and will definitely not be dealing with that nonsense again. Additionally, I was on my way to pickup my car. Had to call Uber because they did not offer to loan me a vehicle while I had to wait 3 days with no car. I called multiple times the service department (Time was still around 6:40 PM), nobody was answering the phone. That was really annoying. -Ramon

I am so disappointed in the Service Department, they has been the worst. I have had several incident that the vehicle had an engine light I called and they act like they do not care. They expect you to drive your vehicle in this condition and wait 5 days until they have an available appointment. You would think if the ENGINE light comes on that it's a warning that needs to looked at. I was once told to drive it until the ENGINE light starts flashing. You would think that your rating is only 3.9 that means mediocre review, don't you want to strive for excellence.

"The Service department is Horrible!"

The service department is horrible when it comes Customer Service.. I had an Appointment on 5/10/2017 and I didn't get the Service Advisor name but he's very Rude and Condescending.. I have a 2015 Challenger and I had the Tracking and Anti braking System light on.. ( I had a 7:40am appointment) I was asking him questions because I had to be to work by 12pm. He was getting VERY agitated with the questions I was asking and simply said that he have other customers he have to tend to.. I was appalled at his tone and I immediately got in my car and lefted.. This is so unacceptable and I advise anyone who have to get their car Service, go to another Dodge dealership.. The sales Department is excellent but the Service Department sucks!
