I went in to get some information about a trade in. The rep was able to give me the full payoff value of the jeep....WOW! AND found the exact model and make of Renegade I was looking for. Bought Compass 2022 from Courtesy Jeep in December 29, 2021. After driving 40 miles, I immediately realized it was not a fit for me at all. Next day I reached out to the sales rep and presented my concern 2021. After driving 40 miles, I immediately realized it was not a fit for me at all. Next day I reached out to the sales rep and presented my concerns. He told me that he would talk to his manager and would call me back. Never called me. Within five days of my purchase I called them four times, every time I was promised a call back. Never received a call back. On the seventh day, I went to the office physically, I was told that sales rep just left an hour ago. I even told them that I was ready to upgrade to Cherokee or pay penalty to get out of the contract. Nobody seemed to have any compassion. I just wanted someone to listen to my concerns. Horrible service, terrible experience with Courtesy Jeep. I hope I never had to go there ever. Since the Compass didn't serve my purpose, I reached out to another Jeep dealer, they're in the process of helping me upgrade from Compass to Cherokee. As soon as deal is done, you have no one to listen to you at the Courtesy Jeep. More
