Went to courtesy jeep met with Andre Hall. He took me over to Service so I could get my Grand Wagoneer serviced. The process was quick and easy. Efficient and great service! I came into Courtesy Jeep and had an emergency with my car. I didn’t know if they would take me in, but I spoke with Andre Hall and he was able to get the service department to take a look at my car. when I told the finance guy yesterday everything wrong in paperwork, inconsistencies, the many hrs it took just to speak to someone because no one says you’re there supposedly, and you tell tell them how in paperwork, inconsistencies, the many hrs it took just to speak to someone because no one says you’re there supposedly, and you tell tell them how bad it looks on the company the finance guy laughed at it. Honestly what’s funny about a rep of your company saying your company is deceptive? Inconsistent paperwork? Taken hrs just to speak to someone none of that is funny to me. Not sure why it’s funny to them. You sign a contract but when it comes time to honor service they’ll not honor it and not have reason why. Came in for oil change which is in contract I signed with service package. Waited a hour plus to speak with finance guy and as I write this still haven’t seen him. I was covered coming in they said with in 2 mins oh no it’s voided no reason why. Even service guy admits it’s deceptive when I sign for something that’s not really there when it’s time to use it. Wonder if they mess up gap coverage too. Hr plus for oil change that now may or may not happen because who knows why tells you how it is. Now going on a 4 hour wait. To do anything here black out your whole day. Also didn’t reset check oil light I had to that myself. Also claim financier cancelled the coverage I called the finance company they said that they did not. To top it off staff is rude talks over you and it’s just terrible no matter how you look at it.
