This car buying experience has been the most enjoyable of my entire life. I didn't even feel like I was at a dealership....at least not the kind I've been to in the past. I saw the car I've been hunting for my entire life. I didn't even feel like I was at a dealership....at least not the kind I've been to in the past. I saw the car I've been hunting for on their website, called to make sure the information was current and in under 3 hours (with part of that including dinner) I drove off in my new car. I can't remember them ever once saying "no". The entire procedure was so great I want to do it again. Thank you so much Star. Please thank everyone there that made it happen for me. We live in Nokomis and drove all the way to Brandon because our local dealership didn't seem interested in selling us a car. Also, wanted to thank you again for sending us the remote we left in our trade in. We have been enjoying the KIA. We just love everything about it, so far. We would highly recommend the dealership and the KIA's to anyone who is interested in a new car. Don't remember getting a call or survey about the dealership and our experience with it. I had worked with Star by phone and internet and had everything in process to buy from Courtesy Kia of Brandon and made an appointment with Star for noon on a Saturday. As soon as I arrived she seemed everything in process to buy from Courtesy Kia of Brandon and made an appointment with Star for noon on a Saturday. As soon as I arrived she seemed impersonable and as the day went on she got rude. It is stressful to find the car that you want to invest in and to add to it, deal with a rude sales rep. At about 3:00 pm I was determined that I wanted a car from Courtesy of Palm Harbor. At 3:30 pm, Star said she was headed to Palm Harbor to get my car and directed me to eat and shop in the Brandon area and she would call me when she arrived back in Brandon with the car. I got back to the Brandon dealership at 5:30 pm and found Star wandering the lot. I asked her where my car was and she replied she was unsure. I marched to the finance department to hear that a guy, not Star, was headed to the Palm Harbor lot and was supposably stranded on a side road I have never heard of before and I know the entire Tampa Bay area. It was now 6:30 pm and I decided that I was going to Palm Harbor myself. It took 45 mins to get there. Courtesy of Palm Harbor confirmed that noone was on there way to come get the car. WHAT?!?! I sat at the Brandon dealership for 6 1/2 hours and got NOTHING accomplished besides rude service and LIES!!!! I would not recommend Star Rueth or the Brandon dealership. I got everything accomplished at Courtesy of Palm Harbor in 1 hour. More

Kia was #3 on our list of SUVs after Toyota and Nissan. I suggested my wife at least take a look and give it a drive, as she was going to be the primary driver. She came back home from her test drive on a Thursday night with a new 2012 Sorento to drive for the weekend! The car sold itself. We took the car back on Sunday without hassle, returning the following day with our "numbers." We got the car we wanted, the only one in the state, for the price we wanted. When it came time to sign the papers they offered us a better rate then we came prepared to pay and all with less hassle then our friendly credit union. More

I've purchased a great deal of cars in my time so after doing some research on the vehicle I was interested in and the value of my trade, I was ready to go and negotiate like a pro, however I didn't have t doing some research on the vehicle I was interested in and the value of my trade, I was ready to go and negotiate like a pro, however I didn't have to, Tommy presented me with an excellent deal which exceeded my expectations. I never got a chance to do the whole negotiation thing because I didn't have to, the first deal presented was excellent and I accepted it.
