The only reason I am looking to trade in the vehicle is because of all the electrical issues it’s had. The service dept is well aware of all of them. I asked the sales dept to take that into consideration when appraising the truck so I don’t take. Huge loss. I think I’ve been pretty clear of my expectation and you know as well as I do that good business practice isn’t selling a vehicle that continually breaks down.
