The financing person,Ryan, was also a gem. I left there well educated about the car and the financing. I have had my car for a month now and am just as happy now as the evening I bought it. They took a lot of time with me with all the steps in "car shopping" from choosing a car that was right for me right down to the financing. I could not have asked for more. Jamie Belval is the gold medal winner in the olympics of car sales and customer service! We were amazed as he did hand springs, cart wheels, back flips and leaped over obstacles in a single bound while help car sales and customer service! In the end, we upgraded from a 2006 to a 2009 with 20,000 fewer miles, remaining warranty and even managed to get us great financing at $100 LESS than we had been paying on a previous "deal" we had received from another dealer 9 months earlier. The atmoshphere at the dealership is friendly and I didn't feel the any of the high pressure tactics that one usually associates with buying a car. I would have liked to get a little more for my trade in and I also would have liked to be aware of the prices for the service contracts (they didn't tell me about that until the end, after I had made the deal for the car). For those two reasons I gave a little lower score for price. However, I do feel I got a very good price on the CRV itself. I would recommend Jamie and Palm Harbor Honda to anyone who wants a pleasant car buying experience at a customer friendly dealership! More
