Regular maintenance service was quick and easy including setting up the appointment on my first maintenance service. Maintenance staffs were courteous, accommodating and professional. The General manager and the sales agent were exceptional (professional, straight to the point and no drama). The only person I didn’t like was Clyde/Claude the business manager when I bought the car last year. He tried to rip me off and was disrespectful. He didn’t listen when I told him that the general manager already told me he’s giving me the promo rate because of my excellent credit score and to do everything online before coming back at the dealership and just come to pay the downpayment and get the vehicle in less than an hour (for the paperworks). But, Instead Clyde/Claude tried to sell me a bunch of extras and tried to give me the highest interest rate. He just stopped when I acted to walk out while telling him again that the General Manager and I already talked a day before and had an agreement. More
