"David" (AKA "Dave Reynolds" according to other reviews) in the service department was terrible to work with. My family and coworkers who have used this business have been given loaners in the past when the in the service department was terrible to work with. I made my appointment online weeks in advance and even selected "drop off" for my vehicle. I get there at 8:00 in the morning, drop off my vehicle, and "David" appeared inconvenienced when I asked if I needed to call a ride to take me to work 10 minutes away. I am a nurse who tests for COVID daily and luckily the shuttle driver was able to give me a ride to work. When I came back that evening to pick up my vehicle, "David" refused to let me use the coupon I had been sent by this dealership. When I listened back to the voicemail "David" had left, he notified me that he would be leaving promptly at 5:00 and that I could pick my vehicle up the next day if it was going to be after that. If I could give "David" zero stars, I WOULD! I also had my tires rotated and the pressure light has been on since. More
