The service to the car was great. What really pissed me off was your outdated computer system three years ago and about the car it came out the wing that I bought the car with so they What really pissed me off was your outdated computer system three years ago and about the car it came out the wing that I bought the car with so they serviced the car if I bought the wing, they will put on for free. OK the car was supposed to bring it but it didn’t so I had to pay for something I already paid for OK number two I need a loaner and they said that my license was suspended in the matter of fact it was not suspended come to find out. I had took two weeks of Uber because they had my car now I come up there this last weekend and three years later they still have an updated system saying that my license is suspended so I had to go to the DMV to get a proof that they’re not to come out of my day. Just trying to get a rental to deal with your dealership not happy at all the service car was above and beyond, but I canceled the initial service because of your outdated system that you use for loaners please update you will lose a custom. More

Revised review 10-2-25. After purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Tacoma 8-2-25, the battery died yesterday 10-1-25, stranding my son at work. We even purchased the additi After purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Tacoma 8-2-25, the battery died yesterday 10-1-25, stranding my son at work. We even purchased the additional 6 year warranty at a cost of $2200 to ensure this would be a hassle free vehicle for the next 7 years. I was wrong!!! He was able to jump start it to get it home where we inspected the battery, It was a conventional battery so I took off the caps. The far right cell was bone dry!!! The other 5 cells were very low!!! There was significant corrosion around both terminals!!! Theyallegedly completed a 160 point inspection as part of the CPO process and didn't check the battery!!! They sold us a CPO vehicle with a battery that wasn't even good for 60 days!!! Emails to my sales rep David Naranjo were not immediately addressed. We are now out over $300 for a new battery!!! CPO buyers at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon beware!!! More
