I find it impossible to believe that a battery with a dry cell tested fine less than 60 days prior but I understand that’s the position Courtesy would have to take. May want to have a chat with the “technician” that did the pre sales inspection. It’s simple, if you refund $266.05 for the new battery and $20.41 for the new terminals I’ll remove all 7 negative posts. Google, KBB, Auto Trader, Reddit, Dealer Rater to name a few. The cost of the battery should be far less than the negative press. In addition to the 2022 Tacoma, we have done business with Courtesy several times. New 2018 Altima, new Dodge Ram, and I believe we bought my daughter’s first car from the Courtesy family as well. The battery slipped through your inspection process and things like this can happen but should not financially impact me.
