I was recently working to secure a purchase one a SUV and was working with two people sales and sales managers. I offered CASH however they told me cash isn’t King anymore and they would rather sell to someo was working with two people sales and sales managers. I offered CASH however they told me cash isn’t King anymore and they would rather sell to someone financing “which is ludicrous to me”. We negotiated a deal between me and pre-owned sales person Teo Salgado and pre owned sales manager Marcus Washington Jr. they ran my credit approved the loan and asked for my credentials to start the paper work. When I called to give them my insurance info, I was asked if I could be called back in a few minutes. When he returned my call he said it was being sold! This has got to be the the most unprofessional group of people and dealership in the Austin and surrounding areas. They have no moral compass or since of pride in there dealings and communication. There response is “well that’s just part of the business “ who says that? DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. More

We had an amazing experience at GMC Bee Cave especially with our sales rep Hunter! He was diligent with the process, respected our wishes and needs, and was VERY patient with our toddler and infant.
