Matt Bennet is very nice and knowledgeable Advisor. Not sure the dealership was pushing General Motors to get the Infotainment System replaced. Instead the did multiple software updates, told me to pick up the truck and it still wasn’t fixed. For an $80,000 truck I would expect something this important to work properly. Never had these issues with my F150. After multi trips to Covert GMC it’s very disappointing. I do very much appreciate the loaner vehicle. This issue is all over the internet. GM needs to pull in more resources to get it fixed. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING! More

Our initial experience in 2024 when during the purchasing process was horrible with the salesman and the finance person and this experience was a 180. I suggest the company promote Hunter to a management position due to the demeanor, professionalism and ability to relate to the customer at hand. He was excellent and the reason why we actually bought a car that day when we had no intention of doing so. More

I appreciate his patience, understanding, and flexibility. He did an amazing job making sure I got what I wanted. That said to the managers: let's stop dragging out the haggling game. It's such a waste and an insult. If someone has clearly done their research and has a number for the vehicle being purchased and/or their trade-in, let's cut to the chase if we both know it's fair. If it's outlandish and the numbers are miles apart, I get it. But in the end, most intelligent buyers are reasonable, and on to the long game you attempt to play. Especially with higher-dollar purchases and trade-ins. More

I have used many dealerships for car repairs and I’m mad at myself I didn’t purchase a car and use the covert service center sooner. Jeff made me feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done and the at myself I didn’t purchase a car and use the covert service center sooner. Jeff made me feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done and their team got things done quickly. Again- not my experience with other dealerships. It’s about an hour drive from me but ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! More
