We’ve bought dozens of Covert vehicles over the years, but our experience with Covert Cadillac Bee Cave was so disappointing that we sold our Cadillac and moved to a new dealership. The service department was very good but when the transmission needed to be replaced on a new vehicle, we were very dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled by management. Although GM authorized a replacement transmission we were uncomfortable with the need of such a major system in a new car and wanted to speak with the general manager about possible solutions to address our concerns. The Bee Cave management team was a huge disappointment. We were not allowed to speak with the general manager and we were shuffled from one department manager to another. Over the course of a week, we spoke with 3 different people who assured us they would get answers to our questions yet not one called us back in spite of each one promising to call the next day. It seemed they were just trying to wear us down until we gave up, so we did and took our business elsewhere. It’s very disappointing after such a long standing relationship with the Coverts. More
I have had a great all around experience for the past two years with the Covert CDJR Bee Caves Services Department. They exceeded my expectations the last time my Jeep was in by repairing it in less than ha years with the Covert CDJR Bee Caves Services Department. Didn’t solve my problem and just referred me to GM customer service that still hasn’t responded with an answer for four weeks. When asked to trade my lemon Escalade in after 8 trips and weeks in servi customer service that still hasn’t responded with an answer for four weeks.
