We truly understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially after multiple service visits, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist. Once a case is formally opened with General Motors Customer Care, they become the primary decision maker on next steps. At that point, both you and our team are required to follow their process and guidelines, and we are no longer able to independently resolve the matter or make exceptions outside of that framework. We remain involved and supportive, but the outcome and timing are ultimately determined by General Motors. Because of those policies, initiating a manufacturer case and then requesting separate consideration on a trade falls outside what we are permitted to do. We understand that this may feel limiting, but it is not a reflection of a lack of desire to retain you as a customer. Rather, it is a requirement we must adhere to once the process moves to the manufacturer level. We genuinely regret that this situation has not been resolved more quickly and recognize how disappointing that can be, particularly given how much you enjoy the vehicle itself. Your feedback is important, and we sincerely hope General Motors is able to provide clarity and resolution soon. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.

We are sorry for the frustration you encountered when you arrived and were unable to connect with the team member you were expecting. Our staff works primarily by appointment to help avoid situations where a guest arrives when someone is off or temporarily away, and we regret that this was not clearly communicated. With nearly two thousand vehicles shared across three stores, it is also not always possible to know in real time when a vehicle may have sold earlier the same day.
