Worst sales experience ever , worst sales man ,sales manager,and a worst general manager, will never come back , never tried to find a solution from 3 levels of sales. ,found a newer XT6 ,with less mi manager,and a worst general manager, will never come back , never tried to find a solution from 3 levels of sales. ,found a newer XT6 ,with less miles I paid an additional 7k. ,I paid cash. Attentiveness was excellent, even going beyond and setting up an appt with the VW service center. But I bought the car from Covert and it had not been fully checked out by them and the engine light ca setting up an appt with the VW service center. They may have checked my wipers, but today, only 10 days later, the windshield wiper on my side leaves residue on the windshield....doesn't wipe it clean. Wade, our service coordinator, was thorough and communicative. He called us daily to keep us updated on our large engine repair.
