First of all I'm a Lexus girl. Never in a million years would I have thought to be driving anything other than a Lexus. The pleasantly persistence of Joe, not only did a great telephone conversation years would I have thought to be driving anything other than a Lexus. If I didn't know any better, you'd think that Joe and I where long time friends. He was so down to earth and friendly, he was like that buddy you hang out with. He was determined to get me what I wanted and he even went the extra mile along with the finance manager (who by the way was an awesome guy) and got a better finance rate for me. These guys although it seemed seamless, worked my deal to one that I was truly grateful for. I'd invite Joe to sit at my dinner table any day. Great guy, awesome guy, funny guy! Love him to death.
