Roger contacted me as soon as he found out from online form that I submitted about Merce I had the pleasure working with Roger Kress and Bob Larimore. Roger contacted me as soon as he found out from online form that I submitted about Mercedes-Benz which I was interested in. The whole process of communication and setting up time for test drive and ultimately buying the car was effortless. Roger was very flexible with a great smile. He provided me more information that I asked for which helped me and saved me lots of time (Carfax, cost comparison, market research ETCs). Throughout my experience I never felt like he was pushing me, which made me more comfortable working with Roger Ross. He was very respectful and people person. When it came to negotiate the price, Bob Larimore was very reasonable. I bought 14 cars in last 20 years for my personal use. One of the thing I loved about Bob was that he was very respect and didn't have ego, and never gave me a straight face which most managers do at any dealership. Bob negotiated with me very respectfully multiple times, and ultimately made me a very happy customer where I felt win-win situation for both family happy and Rob Larimore, the cost of the car was excellent. Cory made sure the process went as smooth as possible and made sure I was well taken care of while I was there, and really made my buddy and I feel very welcomed.
