Pricing was fair. However, follow-up communications and follow-through for unresolved issues was below acceptable. Covert lost the second key-fob to the Jeep I purchased. They stated that it would be send to me via fed-ex but as soon as I left the dealership they ceased communication. Bottom line... I had to go to another dealership to order a new key for $200 and then I had to pay an additional $198 to have it programmed. More
